Art Collages
Dive into the world of art collages created by Natalia Alekna — where fragments of images, textures, and meanings come together in a new reality. Her works explore themes of identity, memory, and the invisible threads that connect people and nature. Each collage is not just a composition, but a visual story that invites the viewer to reflect and feel.
Series of Works
Natalia’s collages are presented in series, each with its own character and atmosphere. Through these projects, she captures emotions, states of mind, and moments that often remain unnoticed. Every series becomes a journey — from inner reflections to universal experiences — offering the audience both aesthetic pleasure and a deeper dialogue.

About Me.
Natalia Alekna was born in Moscow and now lives and works in London. She is a visual artist and collage maker, exploring themes of identity, transformation, and the interplay between reality and imagination. Natalia combines elements of fashion, theatre, and nature to create layered, poetic works that invite viewers to reflect on personal and social roles. In addition to her visual practice, she is also a musician and develops her own music projects, which inform her artistic approach and sense of rhythm and composition in her collages. Her work has been exhibited in local galleries and art spaces, and she continues to develop series that merge texture, narrative, and symbolism, engaging audiences in a dialogue about human experience and personal transformation.
I am plural
Series Concept
I Am Plural is a visual exploration of contemporary identity through fragmentation, transformation, and reconnection. The six-piece series presents the self not as a singular, fixed entity, but as a shifting constellation of impressions, memories, roles, and instincts. Drawing on imagery from fashion, nature, and surrealist motifs, these collages examine the layered interplay between the personal and the collective, the internal and the external. The series flows through three thematic movements, each revealing a different aspect of identity’s fluid nature. It invites viewers to reflect on how we construct ourselves, how societal expectations influence perception, and how we can reclaim a more instinctual and authentic self.
